CARAMEL APPLE WEDDING FAVORS!?

Is this a good idea or a bad one?

I only have about 110 guest, so it wouldn't take long to make homemade caramel apples...but I wanted to know if this is a cheesy idea.

I would wrap them and tie an elegant ribon on them with some sort of tag with a romantic quote/saying about life and love. What do you guys think?

I am getting married in September.
I am LOVING that idea wave. That way nothing will go bad beforehand. Lovely idea. There are quite a few children that will be there so this will be something fun and entertaining for them to do as well if I decide on this. Thanks!

What about a carmel apple dipping bar. Have the apples with sticks in them and a variety of dishes for guests to make their own - carmel, nuts, sprinkles, m & m's etc.... Guests could eat them right away or you could have plastic wrap with ribbon for the guests to take home. What fun that would be and very memorable. You don't have to do all the work then ahead of time. It is so fun to break the mold and do something a bit more unique. Congrats and good luck!
