Do you want to say your vows close to the shore? Are you setting up a stage? Is there a gazebo-like structure on the beach where you can all gather? What are the things your minister will need for the ceremony? These are the questions you have to answer. Once you do decide on these matters though, feel free to delegate the calling, arranging and scheduling to your loving bridesmaids.

The second thing you should consider is where you want the caterers to set up. Do you fancy holding the reception under the stars? Or perhaps, pitching a tent would be more practical so as not to expose the food to the elements. Also, you should be ready with a back-up plan in case it starts to rain. Though it would be lovely to go dancing by the shore all evening, if it showers, you'll need a place where you can transfer the party to.
