Ordering rose petals for the ceremony?

I totally left this for last minute But would like to order rose petals for the flower girl. (Our ceremony will be outside so we aren't using silk)

Does anyone know how much it costs? Can I order them through someplace like Walmart or must I use a florist? Also, how far in advance do I need to order them?

All answers appreciated

i would call walmart and some other florists. you might call your grocery stores too. a lot of them have floral dpts now.
you might have to get roses and let them open to harvest the petals. could save you a bunch in the long run

oh look at garden centers too. i know a few of our local ones sell roses by the dozen for dirt cheap.
